What You'll Do
As a Technical Support Specialist, working within the IT department at Enstall, you will provide first-line technical support, as well as assisting in training end users and developing and distributing end-user communications.

This is a hybrid position and is required to be onsite 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday) in our corporate office in Hayward, California. The other 2 days/week can typically be worked remotely but may be in-office if/when needed for business purposes.
What We’ll Offer
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $70,000 and $80,000/annually, if located in the San Francisco Bay Area market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that are better aligned.
